Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product damaged or leaking during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Genuine quality concern upon immediate opening (within return window)

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original sealed packaging

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or partially used jars cannot be returned.

Return Process

To request a return, please email us with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

If approved:

  • We will arrange pickup (if applicable) or provide return instructions.
  • Replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Opened or used jars of ghee
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Bulk or special devotional orders
  • Sale or promotional items (unless legally required)
